Trusted Since 2002. Programs Built for what comes next.

Kids N Technology was founded in January 2002 with one goal: close the technology gap for students in underserved communities. Since then, we have grown from hands-on computer-building camps into a nationally recognized K–12 AI literacy and workforce development organization — building confidence, critical thinking, and real-world skills that prepare students for a rapidly changing world.

Where It All Started

Kids N Technology began in January 2002, at a time when the digital divide was widening fast. Many students in underserved communities had little or no access to computers, internet, or technology education — and the gap was growing.

Our first programs were simple but powerful: hands-on computer-building camps where students learned how computers worked, built their own machines, and took them home. For many families, it was their first computer.

It was never just about the technology. It was about access, opportunity, and showing students that technology was something they could understand, build, and use to shape their future.

More than two decades later, that same mission drives everything we do — now through AI literacy, digital citizenship, and workforce development programs that prepare students for the world as it is, and as it is becoming.

Evolving With the
Future of Education

Over more than two decades, Kids N Technology has grown from a single computer-building program into a nationally recognized K–12 AI literacy and workforce development organization. As technology changed, so did we, expanding from hands-on STEM enrichment into school and district  partnerships, digital literacy, and now AI literacy and workforce readiness for the next generation.

Preparing Students
to
Understand
AI, Use It Responsibly, and
Build
Their Future.

Kids N Technology equips students with the knowledge, skills, and mindset they need to thrive in an AI-powered world. Through structured K–12 AI literacy programs and workforce development pathways, we help schools, districts, and community organizations prepare students to think critically, use technology responsibly, and build careers in a rapidly changing economy. Founded in 2002 to close the digital divide, we are now closing the AI divide — one student at a time.
